Tiler - Utena, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, and stone. Your primary tasks will include measuring and cutting tiles to fit specific areas, preparing surfaces for tiling, and applying grout and sealant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut tiles using hand or power tools
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
- Apply adhesive or mortar evenly using tools such as a trowel
- Set tile in place and align properly
- Cut and shape tile to fit around obstacles and into corners
- Fill joints between tiles with grout and remove excess grout from the surface
- Apply sealant to protect tiles from moisture damage
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of tiles and their installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications for tiling projects
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong manual dexterity
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Salary:
Starting salary is $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This job is located in Utena, Lithuania.

Contract:
This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year.
