Mechanic Technician - Contract Position in Eldoret, Kenya

We are hiring a skilled Mechanic Technician for a contract position in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and proper working condition. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, tractors, and generators.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Replace or repair faulty parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all vehicles and equipment are functioning properly.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanic or technician.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and how they work.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary: $1500/month

We welcome Indian candidates who have experience working as mechanics or technicians. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage. This is a contract position for Indian nationals who are willing to work in Eldoret, Kenya. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
