We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Remish, Philippines. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and smoothing out plaster or other materials over walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish. The ideal candidate should have experience in both traditional and modern plastering techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply and smooth out plaster or other materials over walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Mix and apply various types of plaster such as cement, lime, acrylic, or gypsum
- Check surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs before applying plaster
- Create decorative finishes by using stencils or textured rollers
- Ensure that work is completed within the given time frame and meets quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer with knowledge of traditional and modern techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Own basic tools required for the job

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Vocational training in Plastering or related field preferred
- Valid certification in plastering techniques is a plus
