A luxury hotel in Bansko is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and designing a variety of delectable desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and ensure high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment and possess excellent technical skills in pastry making. This role requires strong leadership abilities, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new dessert and pastry menu items
- Oversee the production of all baked goods and desserts
- Maintain quality control standards for all pastry products
- Train and manage a team of pastry cooks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan menus, order supplies, and manage inventory
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training/certifications
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative flair for designing visually appealing desserts
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of pastry cooks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments within the hotel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as accommodation, meals on duty, vacation time, medical insurance, etc.
