Office Manager

We are hiring an Office Manager for our company in Malindi, Kenya. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage office operations and administrative tasks. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, managing schedules and appointments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. You will also be in charge of coordinating with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so this role is best suited for local candidates or those who can arrange their own housing. Students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required for this role.
