Office Manager for a Growing Company in Malindi, Kenya
We are a growing company based in Malindi, Kenya and we are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining files and records, and handling any other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided. We value candidates who have previous experience in office management and can work independently with minimal supervision.
