Executive Chef



As an Executive Chef in our upscale restaurant located in Al Ahmadi, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality menus while managing all aspects of the kitchen. You will lead a team of culinary professionals to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the restaurant owner to ensure a unique and high-quality dining experience
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and plating presentation
- Maintain inventory levels for food supplies and kitchen equipment while ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed
- Monitor food costs, budgeting, and pricing strategies to maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate smooth service flow while maintaining guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Knowledgeable about current industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
