Mason Supervisor



We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Albena, a beautiful city on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of masons to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction tasks
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and productivity of masons, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and specifications
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as insurance coverage, paid vacation days, and opportunities for growth within our company.
