We are looking for a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team in Kathmandu. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests and ensuring that their needs are met during their stay. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, answering guest inquiries, making reservations, coordinating transportation arrangements, and providing recommendations for local attractions and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.
