Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Kathmandu

We are searching for a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Kathmandu. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for each guest. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests, making reservations and recommendations, arranging transportation and tours, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the lobby area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area. Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates should be able to secure their own housing in Kathmandu.
