Smelter Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our smelting equipment to produce high-quality metals. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, suitable for men of any nationality with or without experience. Accommodation will be provided, and candidates must have their own valid visa.

Responsibilities:
- Operate furnaces, kilns, and other smelting equipment
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other variables to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Control the flow of materials into and out of the smelting process
- Conduct quality checks on metal samples to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a smelting or similar industrial setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and withstand high temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills in English
