Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues or queries, and will work closely with the rest of the support team to ensure timely resolution of problems.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner
- Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and resolve recurring issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and products in order to provide effective support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Education:
A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are also desirable.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

City: Ashdod, Israel (Preference for candidates who are already based in Ashdod)

Note: This is a contract job with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
