Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company in Ashdod, seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute your expertise to the development of our city.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Analyze project data and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Microsoft Project

Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Ashdod, Israel (candidate must have own visa)
