Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Atlanta. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Manage project resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress is on track and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project financials and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
