Administrative Director - Medina, Canada
The Administrative Director will oversee and manage the administrative functions of our company in Medina, Canada. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets and finances, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets for various departments and ensure financial stability of the company
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:
