Housekeeping Supervisor



We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Bungoma. This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeper with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained, in line with company standards. In addition, you will be responsible for training and supervising our housekeeping staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
- Monitor inventory levels of guest amenities and supplies
- Inspect rooms regularly to ensure quality control
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest service
- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services
- Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Fluent in English (Hindi or Gujarati language skills are an advantage)
- Must have own visa or residency status in Bungoma
