Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, with free visa and ticket provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and provide feedback to the management team
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis

Preference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Canadian nationals, fluent in English, have experience working in an English-speaking environment, and have previous experience working as a Sales Manager. We also strongly encourage women to apply for this position.
