Job Title: Head Chef for Indian Restaurant


Are you passionate about Indian cuisine and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our team at our highly-rated Indian restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in an Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items based on customer feedback and market trends
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Lusail, Qatar (housing allowance provided)
