Machine Operator (Malindi, Kenya)


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to machines
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of machine controls and hydraulics is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Experience with basic hand tools is necessary
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Malayalee or Egyptian languages would be an asset.
