Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important measurements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, drawings, and reports
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate survey results for construction projects
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal documents related to land ownership
- Provide guidance and support to surveying team members
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain surveying equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or ArcGIS
- Familiarity with construction plans and specifications
- Good physical fitness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dar Kulaib. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the area.
