Architecture Project Manager


We are hiring an experienced and organized Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Utena, Egypt. As the Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and met
- Oversee budgeting and financial management of projects
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress of construction projects
- Review architectural plans and designs to ensure they meet building codes and regulations
- Communicate project updates to team members and clients regularly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architecture Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes/regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects in Egypt or surrounding countries
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
