Architectural Technologist - Design and Drafting (Remish)

Our architectural firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and drafting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, models, and plans for various construction projects. You must have excellent technical skills and be proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to produce accurate 2D/3D models
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for designs
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and technology for improved design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously
