Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings for construction projects
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and materials lists for construction projects
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and codes/regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g. LEED or AIA)
- Familiarity with BIM technology
- Experience working on commercial or public building projects
