We are seeking a talented and dedicated Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes and standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to start their career in the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, fruits, and other toppings
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our company's standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate personnel
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; however, formal culinary training or education is preferred
- Must have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Good time management skills to ensure products are prepared on time for customers
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
