We are currently seeking a Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Ufa. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of web applications, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and secure. You will work closely with our Front-End Developers to create seamless integration between the server-side and client-side components.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, PHP, or Python
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of web applications
- Collaborate with Front-End Developers to integrate server-side components with client-side elements
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing codebase
- Conduct regular testing and optimization of web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in back-end development techniques
- Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, PHP, or Python
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of web servers (e.g. Apache)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
