Job Title: Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing authentic Indian dishes while managing the overall operations of the kitchen. This job is open to all nationalities with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design menus and create new dishes that reflect the rich flavors and spices of Indian cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Oversee all aspects of food ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new strategies for increasing profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with a specialization in Indian cuisine
- Proficient in preparing a variety of traditional Indian dishes using authentic cooking techniques and fresh ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with food cost control measures and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain one through visa sponsorship
