Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. This position is open to all nationalities, and fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing schedules, and maintaining personnel files
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all staff members
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Manage budget for office expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
