Senior Accountant


We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting functions for our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100, and we provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and projections.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budget to ensure company's financial stability.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant or related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.

Preferred:
- CPA qualification is a plus.
- Experience working in an international company.
