Painter - Indian English Speaking (Vilnius)


We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team in Vilnius. As an Indian English speaker, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and colleagues, ensuring a smooth working process. Responsibilities:
- Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and sanding as needed
- Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Excellent English communication skills (Indian English preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques
- Ability to mix paints to create desired colors/shades
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding when necessary
- Experience using various paint application tools (brushes, rollers, spray guns)
- Familiarity with safety procedures for working with paints and other chemicals
