Indian Executive Chef in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and creating innovative and delicious Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your role will require strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus with authentic Indian dishes that appeal to our customers
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure fresh and seasonal options
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity
- Monitor food preparation methods to maintain quality standards and minimize food waste
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and growth opportunities for staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
