We are currently hiring a Construction Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling of workers, materials, and equipment
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure their feasibility and accuracy
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Oversee budgeting for each project and maintain cost control measures throughout the construction process
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers to ensure quality workmanship

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Experience working with subcontractors and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
