We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Wiltz. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, use hand and power tools, and ensure the quality of your work meets industry standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a welder, be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

As a Welder, your duties may include cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using specialized welding equipment and techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You may also be responsible for inspecting completed welds for accuracy and structural integrity. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will need to follow strict safety protocols while working with hazardous materials.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Welder. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but additional training or certification in welding is preferred. The ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately is essential. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and physical strength to perform the duties of this job.

This position requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills are necessary as you may need to collaborate with other team members or receive instructions from supervisors. You must also be able to work flexible hours when needed.
