Sales Manager - Plovdiv, Egypt/Kenya

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv. This position is open to candidates from Egypt or Kenya who are fluent in English and have a strong background in sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in your designated region. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Egyptian or Kenyan
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in the designated region
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team, monitoring performance, and providing support and guidance when needed
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure effective sales strategies are implemented
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes to identify potential risks or opportunities
