Office Assistant for Canadian Company in Ashdod, Israel
We are a Canadian company seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing daily office operations, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Help plan and organize company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (Canadian accent preferred)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week) without accommodation provided
