Position: Solar Installer
Location: Herzliya, Israel

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to project specifications
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of solar panels to maximize energy production
- Connect panels to the electrical system and perform necessary wiring
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred
- Previous experience in solar panel installation required
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights as necessary
