We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane, operating it safely and efficiently, and communicating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator or similar role
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Familiarity with different types of cranes and their operation
- Strong communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina for long periods of standing and lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Responsibilities:
- Inspect cranes before each shift to ensure safe operation
- Operate cranes according to job requirements, following all safety regulations
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate movements with ground crew
- Lift, move, and position materials using the crane's controls
- Monitor the load weight and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including materials lifted and hours worked
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Report any maintenance or repair needs for the crane
