Experienced Gardener


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the gardens and landscapes of our clients' properties. Your main duties will include planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing various plants and flowers. You will also be responsible for identifying and treating plant diseases and pests. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in gardening, excellent knowledge of plants and their care, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens and landscapes by planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding.
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure gardens are aesthetically pleasing by arranging plants in an attractive manner.
- Collaborate with clients to plan new garden designs or renovations.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies when needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gardening.
- Excellent knowledge of plants, their care requirements, and common diseases/pests.
- Strong physical endurance as the job involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
