Indian Chef in Bansko


We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Bansko. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes to our customers' satisfaction. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, biryanis, and more
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining the classics
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meets our standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop special menus for events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Adherence to food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month (with potential for growth based on performance) plus tips.
