Speech Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders. You will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language abilities of clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide therapy sessions using various techniques and tools to improve communication skills
- Monitor progress of clients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on strategies for improving communication outside of therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
