Facade Specialist
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg



As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining building facades in the city of Wiltz. Your role will involve working closely with architects and engineers to create visually appealing and functional facades that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of various facade materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, and steel to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade concepts that are aligned with the overall building design.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction.
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of facades by contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facades are in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction or maintenance of facades.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, constructing and maintaining facades.
- Excellent understanding of facade materials, construction techniques, building codes and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CAD software for drafting designs.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients and contractors.

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz, Luxembourg. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
