Office Clerk for Indian Candidates in Medina, Saudi Arabia
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. This role is specifically open to Indian candidates and offers a salary of 1600$. We are looking for freshers with no English language requirements as accommodation will be provided.
As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. You will also assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner who is able to work independently and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to complete projects or tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide support to other team members when needed
Requirements:
