Head Baker


We are a renowned bakery in Moscow, known for our delicious and high-quality baked goods. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our bakery.

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from creating recipes and preparing dough to baking and decorating the final products. You will also be responsible for managing a team of bakers and ensuring that they adhere to our high standards of quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a professional baker, preferably in a leadership role. You must be knowledgeable about different baking techniques and have a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Create and revise recipes for baked goods
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake and decorate various types of bread, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards
- Train and manage a team of bakers
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Adhere to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. sales, marketing) to develop new products or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional baker, ideally in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (in English)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or early mornings if needed

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (candidates from India with relevant experience are welcome)
