Senior Commercial Architect

As a senior commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Las Vegas. Your main duties will include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with clients and construction teams, and ensuring that projects meet all building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture with at least 5 years of experience in commercial building design. You should also possess excellent project management skills, as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings based on client needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is reflected in the final design
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the building process and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all projects meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and construction teams

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We offer accommodation for our employees if needed.
