We are seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at our fine dining restaurant in Clairvaux. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-quality menu that showcases your culinary creativity and expertise.
As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and taste. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating schedules, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will work closely with the restaurant manager to develop new menu items, plan special events, and manage food costs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. A deep understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor profiles is essential, as well as a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth within the company. While English language skills are not required, proficiency in French is preferred.
