Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Lead a team of architects and provide guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet their needs
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability
- Oversee the design process, from concept development to construction documentation
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Review architectural designs for accuracy, functionality, and feasibility
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Sound knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, materials, methods, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
