Job Title: Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Kaunas is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation for our out-of-town employees. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve design plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing as planned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
