Concierge Assistant
We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Concierge Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests and assist with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction during their stay. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone looking for a short-term job without the requirement of English proficiency or prior experience. This position is open to all nationalities, but Indian candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, or other activities as requested by guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Must be physically fit as this job may require lifting heavy objects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this temporary position.
