Barber - Hair Stylist


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Washington. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation of our salon.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their hair cutting and styling preferences
- Provide hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services according to the client's desired style
- Suggest suitable hairstyles based on the client's face shape and hair type
- Keep updated with current hair trends and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and tools
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Build a strong relationship with clients to ensure their return visits
- Promote salon services and products to clients
- Follow safety protocols while using sharp tools like razors or scissors

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques, hairstyles, and grooming products
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to understand client preferences clearly
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations for maintaining a clean workstation
- Must have own set of barbering tools
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must hold a valid visa/permit to work in the US

Salary: $1600 per month + Tips
