Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry changes
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, tools, and metrics
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
