Architecture Manager

A reputable architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Oversee design teams and ensure all designs meet client expectations and comply with building codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients regularly
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian language is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai (open to candidates from any nationality)

Type: Full-time position
